Rodent Control for Infestations

Mouse vs. cheeseMice, rats, and other rodents are resourceful creatures that can end up calling your house their home. These rodents can end up causing you a lot of problems when they do that, however. A rodent infestation brings with it the potential to spread serious diseases, including Lyme disease, salmonella, hantavirus, rickettsialpox, and leptospirosis, as well as secondary infestations, such as ticks, mites, fleas, and even snakes. They also tear apart wires, insulation, wood, and other parts of your home to make paths and to create their nests.

Think you have just a small rodent problem an amateur can handle? Think again. Mice are very social and often stick together. Usually they come in litters of seven and each baby in that litter has another seven pups after about five weeks from birth. That means they are able to multiply very quickly in small areas of your home, including your attic or crawl space.

Rodent control, when handled by our professionals, helps to stop this infestation from getting any further out of hand. We use bait stations, mechanical traps, pheromone and enzyme treatments, and perimeter treatments to remove your infestation as well as to stop secondary infestations from beginning. It can take 10-12 treatments to successfully eliminate your rodent infestation with our technician reapplying the treatment monthly.

Once the rodent infestation is successfully eliminated, our team will provide you with a decontamination process to help you restore your property. This includes removing all contaminated insulation, nesting areas, feces, and urine, sealing all visible entry points, fixing minor damage to any wires, installing R-49 blown insulation, enzyme and pheromone treatments, and one year of monthly pest control.
